    The reason is because it is just too much work to sand it down and make it even. If you want you, yes you can,... but its no joke.

    Vinyl flooring are waterproof and scratch resistant! Its not the same as laminate or hard wood (parquet) flooring

    Having used both Synthetic and Full Leather sofas, I would suggest to pay a bit more for better quality leather sofa than go for cheap synthetic leather sofas - saving $1-2k. A little goes a long way.
