Frankly speaking, anythig bigger than 46 would be abit too big cos of the distance between tv and sofa. 46 takes some time to get used to. 40-42 shld be just nice. Lucky that time i persuaded my hubby to get 46 he wanted 52! Guys~

Mine 46 also... my in laws say too big. we tell them they not used to it...

i think that they waiting for coral spring, fernvale vista2 ppl to move in first then they need the demand before building, In this case got to wait at least 1.5 years before its ready.. No foresight.. Fernvale point now cannot tahan the full bulk of residents.

they never give u schedule? my id gave me a schedule which i found real useful cos i can buy stuff and arrange for delivery according to the schedule. Froggy, who is your id?

Now come to think of it, i din call HDB to come up and cement screed for me leh... maybe my id did it for me FOC? I rem she say if lay laminates must cement screed, if lay tiles no need.

Surprisingly, my id never do cement screeding for me (Not in my quotation). I laid tiles for all. i think if do laminates must do crement screeding. I think my id tell me that get HDB to do for u, free : )

Yup, my parents stay in serangoon gardens so its like 10- 15 mins to my parents house.

Ya, all done in factory then they come to the house and assemble.. Quite fast wan~ that time mine came in the afternoon, by night all assembled liao.. Once carpentry is in, its quite fast! Bearlyn. must show pics when it comes ar!
