We decided to start our shortlisting of IDS after chinese new year cos we knew that IDs took chinese new year off. We started emailing through their websites for their standard packages of 4 room renovation. We plan to get ID's standard quotations and then compare before making appointments to meet the designers face to face. Is this the standard procedure? Some of the firms have asked me to provide our floor plan and go down to meet with them to discuss. After our wedding, i miss doing research... so in the end started researching on themes i like for our future home These are some which caught my eye. Hi All, am interested in seeing Ideal House's quotation for my own flat.However,my is a BTO and i only have a floor plan.House should be ready end of this year or early next year. can i start asking for quotations from them? Do they accept our contract now though our house is not ready? Abit kiasu : ) but if i can sign now, i can beat inflation or increases in price in the future

Hi Figo007, your flat's layout is the same as my flat! household shelter with the corridor. Can you share how you are going to conceal it? My corridor is only 1050m and i dun think we can put a feature wall there due to the narrow space. Please share.

Ya, liren charges is one of the higher quotes i got. but her portfolio is really pretty! got hooked. I think she raised her price for 09... i got the 08 price.. which is not much difference. ahahah Hmm.. you are right about choosing early? i actually wanted to go through at least 2 dress seasons. but that means i have to start in Jan?
