I suppose u need a contractor more then a ID. When to an ID before meeting my contractor after they add in all their design costs and all not reaaly worth it. Just a comment -
Good point! I had a contractor to do my house some how i feel they are more exprience with our requirement end result was pleasing.

Hmmmm......i just completed my mansionette at lor ah soo and cost me abt 60k with a full renovation.
