In the end, we place all our electrical appliance @ Bedok Central Hob, Hood, fridge, WM, 40" LED TV, 32" LCD TV in total. we went down 3X to place order 1st trip , order hob and hood 2nd trip, order fridge and WM 3rd trip, order 40" and 32" TV TV, I wait until reno finish , prepare to move in. Then I purchase. TV price drop very fast. No point place order too early

My guess It might work but not very effective. basically it create more problem to those PR that is not cash rich basically this policies is election oriental. My hob and hood also from Ellane I'm using the same hood as you. How much they quote you. As for the hod, I get a 3 burner stainless steel type. A tips from the Ellane service guy. For the hood, there are 4 container , right? put some water inside. So when , oil was collected. You can just throw away the water + oil out easily. Don't worry, you can buy private property and stay there. The down side, you will lost all those rebate like PUB, T&C (those cookie that announce during budget time) for your 3 rm flat once you sign the OTP for the private condo. Oh! I forget to mention the property tax 10% for HDB.. if I'm not wrong.

If you had purchase Travel insurance, you can claim from travel insurance. With doctor letter
