Dun be so sour lei, i maybe is the lucky one tat have lesser trouble only lor. After all they did my house swee swee mah, maybe a lots of HAPPY customer from CD also. Just tat they didn't visit forum and post their experience here only. Actually here is for us to share our experience on their service be good or bad, right?? Cheers for all those tat are going to, and currently renovating their house.

Is there really no HAPPY customer of CD?? Than i must be tat lucky few which CD have done a not bad job for my house. If i didn't rem wrongly, i also have to keep reminding them of what to be done. Just tat its not as bad as you all have encounter, maybe tat period not much project as mine is done near the chinese 7th month. which is between end may to end july.

English- as my gal still doesn't really know how to speak english Very poor in english as me only speak with her in Chinese lor, therefore even in her current school the teacher also tell me her english very poor. haiz....

From wat i know is tat if the defect does not lies with the owner, but with CD than CD have to pay. Eg. Kitchen cabin is 2 drawer but CD told them oni 1, so when owner discover wrong than CD have to bear the cost. Also if wrong laminate used or chip laminate due to others works than CD have to bear, not the other sub con or the owner. This is wat i know. Seems tat CD have quite a number of unhappy customer

Yes i'm indeed consider very lucky Not much rectification work. But if CD keep having rectification means cost are incurred, than their profit margin is --- Thought less rectification than they earn more mah

Than show them how poor you are. Believe that ur mother and MIL will understand de, or just tell them if wants kids then no dinner. If wants dinner then no kids for the next 5 to 10yrs. See if they can wait bo. kidding la If they really can wait than nothing to says After all parent will sure understand, if you really sit down and talk to them with ur HB. Oic, but if it their fault why not let them(CD) rectify for you?? You as a customer, sure can tell them to do it for you mah. Unless the defect is not cause by them.

Er.. even with case trust or RADAC do u want ur reno to end up in small claim?? As for painting, me have encounter a grp of bad painter, but during the rectification CD assign another grp tat is ok. So after all is still up to the grp of sub-con tat is doing ur house which is more important. In term of service, so far so gd.

Ya lor, i can count myself very lucky. No major hiccups, only few minor. But after H4happy problem with the silicon, i go check mine, luckily its still alrite maybe i haven really move in yet and got not much usage yet so maybe haven come out. Luckily my wife is a child care teacher, so i got not much worries. My responsililty is to play with her, and teach her the manners tat a gal should behave. But too bad, i'm a bad teacher haha... Me oni can afford for K1, as for enrichment will let her chose when she is older. Wow ur gal gd lei, can sleep alone. Mine always stick to us, me some time still have to sleep in my gal room haiz... Worse if she insist me to pac her to sleep, as i always fall asleep faster than her In the end i sleep on the floor 1 kid also responsibility, 2 kids also responsibility mah not much difference, oni diff is u are going to have a very hard time controlling both.
