When 3yrs is reach i'll consider make over for the toilet, than will consider songcho accessories. Other brand maybe cheaper, but quality wise.... haiz... So when redo toilet will sure change to songcho may cost a bit more, but dun have future headache and even change new place also can bring over as no matter how long u use it still look almost like new.

Songcho still the best, but cost of the rack and the look of my HDB toilet so in the end bought the cheapest SS rack haha... Maybe next time when re-do toilet will get Songcho brand. I also like the look and feel of the songcho item.

Think new flat all are conceal piping, but old re-sale flat tat are more than 8-10yrs old are all exposed piping. If din rem wrongly to do conceal in old flat have to do water proofing for the wall also if the pipe are hidden inside tis i'm not sure may have to check with HDB for tat.

Think ur ID/contractor are also repsonsible enough too, and gd service standard. She scare u bombard her with solution mah haha, tat why asked her other in charge to go down. She is technical la, just tat forgetful like some of her customer have commented. But she is a responsible ID/contractor, till now after 10mth she still response to my call and queries for my hse defect therefore i like to comment her for her Good service to her existing customer like me.

Overall i still feel tat ur contractor should rectify rather than give excuses on why cannot, bcos measurement and drawing are prove tat its wat u wants are not done to the requirement u wanted.

Yes, its the ID/contractor responsibility to make sure tat the cabin are to ur measurement, if any changes or difficulty in fabricating, should inform u b4 hand and discuss alternative solution rather than waited till now than explain to u tat its not possible.

Well 12" or 1ft should be enough for tat, unless the photo albums is ur wedding album or those cannon type of liquor than may not fit into tat small storage le. Otherwise should be enough bah.

For the HHS door protruding why cannot rectify?? Its definitely carpenter mistake la, the carpenter must take into consideration of the thickness of the ply wood mah. How thick is the plywood got to do with the 12" depth?? dun tell me the thickness is 3" which is impossible, even yes for 3" thickness still got 9" depth mah more than enough to put items inside le. Or maybe i just dun know the actual situation lor.

Dust dust... my whole place is so dusty due to the new fernvale residence tat are now building beside my hse. As for travel wise its ok la, s'pore only 47km widest. My little devil can kill me man... Luckily she follow my wife, not me if not Will see how bah.
