CarolWilks 0 Report post Posted Sunday at 09:24 PM (edited) My child was injured at school, it was the schools fault. The injury itself was, I guess minor but did result in having to go to theatre and have general anaesthetic as well as a trip to a&e and again for scan and follow ups. My question is if I should pursue a personal injury claim or leave it be. What are peoples general thoughts on pursuing this? Ullani 0 Report post Posted yesterday at 11:38 AM I ran into the same error on that thread. For personal injury matters, I found helpful support at https://www.mamajustice.com/columbus/ They handle cases like car accidents and brain injuries, plus they offer medical and mental health support. Their team helped me understand my options clearly. Worth checking out if you need real guidance.
