Your bedroom raised platform very very nice, will u be having bedframe?? Did you do false ceiling or cove light in the mbr? Initially my ID also proposed raised plaform, but as we did false ceiling also, the whole bedroom will look very very short..

customized bedhead, no false ceiling because against the law (my ID always follow law), no cove light... did u see my donut light in my previous post? it's nicer than cove lights !!

hahaha.. okok.. I mean mine is either false ceiling or platform, if i insist to do both, i will have to bear the responsibility of breaking the law.. hehehe... Thats why we didn't do both...

my reno will be completed in 3 weeks...

1. Need to install lights before my ID can level the parquet

2. He needs me to confirm the TV dimensions... but I still dunno what model to buy... How?

I'll post up photos of my lights... very happy with the outcome

Maybe I post up a review of some "Can Buy!" IKEA lights !!

1. IKEA round ball light @ $15

- Very good for toilets, I used it with a 23W Osram E27 and my toilet is very very bright

2. IKEA Multi-Directional Spotlights @ $19

- The halogen bulbs they gave were very very bright, blinding actually

3. IKEA Dining Light (forgot price)

- I used it with a 18W Osram E27 and I think it's very good

Hihi,

Do they give only halogen lights? Got others mah? Something not so 'hot' because we do not really spot lights kind of 'heat'. :good:

Oh... my lights must use halogen bulbs

not sure abt the other IKEA lights... their website will explain the types of bulbs used

Hey, the multi directional spotlight similar to mine.. just that mine got from the lighting shop.. and the bulb they give lousy one :dribble:
