Mounting Bed On Bay Window

Recommended Posts

I have seen some showrooms where the mount the bed partially on the bay window. Has any one tried that? Just wondering if it is comfortable to be partially on the bay window.

Any approvals required?

U can rest anything on the bay, but don't fall out of the window or onto the floor.

Whose approval do you want? It's your house isn't it?

depends on the height, some bay windows are too high for a bed's height.

heh heh.... all bay windows.. being 500mm off the floor.. wld be too high..

SOP is to build platform below the bed.. so the height just right.
