Hi there,

Me n my family had just got a EM. But what is affecting me now is the reno cost. If you have (or if you are) a good contact that can do the following with reasonable pricing. Please do PM me.

1) Hack kitchen wall/floor/cabinet

2) Redo kitchen - Please proposed

3) Hack 3 toilet wall tiles/floor

4) Redo toilet - Please proposed (master bedroom with bathtub)

5) Removed/Hack existing laminated flooring (overlay existing tiles)

6) Proposed new flooring

7) Rewired whole house

8) Painting

9) Change all doors/frame (1 main, 1 utility, 1 store, 3 bed room, 3 toilet)

10) Change all piping

I just got an EM in Tampines and am looking for an ID or contractor to "overhaul" my unit as I do not like what it looks like now therefore was wondering if anyone could recommend me an ID or contractor to do the job.

Guess I will be spending quite a bit in hacking away the existing stuff...sigh

You can contact Mr. Alex Wong from **. Currently, my 5years EM is undergoing small reno. He's doing a fairly good job. Work is on schedule and he's easily contactable.
