Hello to All. I 'm a newbie here. Care to share your experience how long average for 1st appointment to 2nd appointment? Currently my 1st Appt is on first week of Sept. i was told by a fren usually it will take around 6 to 8 weeks for 2nd appt. Is the 2nd appt is up to HDB? Kindly share your experience...

welcome .. the 2nd appt date would be informed to you on your 1st appt. The HDB officer would confirm with both parties on the spot.

it'll be around 6 to 8 weeks unless both parties have a specific date in mind that fall between 6 to 8 weeks otherwise the date is randomly selected/chosen by HDB

You can request for the earliest completion date provided the seller is willing to allow for such arrangements.

The fastest you can request is about 5weeks. Good luck in trying.
