1. Hack off existing floor and wall tiles for kitchen

2. Hack off kitchen concrete bottom (come standard with HDB)

3. Hack off existing floor and wall tiles for 2 bathrooms

4. Remove wash basin and toilet bowl for 2 bathrooms

5. Hack off existing floor tiles for living room and 3 bedrooms, including skirting

6. Supply and lay homogenous floor tiles for living room and 3 bedrooms

7. Supply and lay homogenous floor tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms (including water proofing for kitchen and 2 bathrooms)

8. Supply and lay wall files for kitchen and 2 bathrooms

9. Build concrete kerbs for 2 bathroom, with tiles

10. Build concrete base for kitchen cabinet

11. Supply and install stainless hot/cold water pipes to kitchen and 2 bathrooms

Please PM cost to

1. Tile backsplash between top and bottom kitchen cabinet. Length is under 1700mm.

2. Tile a small area to raise it like a kerb (between front door and front gate). Current HDB built is sloped. If jet wash of corridor by town council the water may come in.

3. Tile 1 side of the service yard wall (the half height one)

And it is advisable to overlay toilet wall tiles or hack n lay new wall tiles?
