Tks! It's an oil painting - a diff touch with the embriodered patterns by the side. Sthg not very traditional.

For those who have seen the renovated hougang em on three-d conceptwerke website, it's also a fengshui design according to ID.

so nicely done without trace of fengshui - good job!

I hope our unit can achieve similar results too!

hi!

each time i view the place, i find it smaller. ID said current owner used covelights to make the place seems bigger.

with the dining area and living area separated by the boxed up stairs, I might need tv in both areas. ha... I am a TV person!

mmh... maybe i can make use of the current utility room as dining area and the current dining as a entertainment room! Thanks for tat idea! hee... Happy!
