I am planning to have parquet flooring laid in the bedrooms. Any idea what the costs are going to be like?

what do you mean by it doesnt work? Mine ok leh. Just that I am still figuring out how to get a consistent flow of same temperature out. Water is now sometimes hot and sometimes not.

How is the pressure? A lot of ppl say sometimes it is not rainshower just 'drizzle'shower.

Have you asked citygas about the temperature variance?

We haven't decided on the renovation contractor yet.

We've already got an initial quote over e-mail from Ronald Goh which is based on skeletal info, so it does not say much.

We've also approached Weiken & Mr Toh Jia Han from Home Affairs.

My old house has a small basin outside the toilet... So I guess there should be no problem... Does HDB allow... I am not sure, hehe...

I realized that the WC's are a bit expensive at the place I took the pics from XTR, I am not sure whether it is ethical to disclose their name here. Which place do you reckon has the best value for money as far as bathroom fitting/accessories (including wash basins & wc's) are concerned?

Mine is a resale flat and from the original floorplan, it shows that the basin is outside the toilet. So I have decided to shift it out for my current reno as the common toilet is really crampy.

Haha anyway I bought the exact same pattern but listed price is much cheaper. The brand is Velin.

FYI, all one-piece WC will be generally more expensive. The pros for using one-piece is no place for mould to grow.

Do consider buying all stuffs from one shop to have higher bargain power as all listed price are always expensive.
