PAINTING

I decided to go with Nippon 'Special Touch'. Why? I hope not to re paint my place in the next 10 years.

Now we are in the first coat. The second coat should make wall richer in color.

Step 1: Oil based sealer

Step 2: Sand down affected areas

Step 3: Base coat tomorrow

Step 4: First Coat

Step 5: Second Coat

MASTER BEDROOM

Such a BIG DIFFERENCE! Neat & Bright! Using white indeed makes my bathroom looks bigger.

Now waiting for the installation of the sandblasted shower doors.

STUFF COLLECTED

My holiday souvenirs. Meet Michelle & Rabat (The wooden bunny from Taiwan & pink bunny from Spain. Ears tiled up.) Can't wait to relocate them to the new home.

Hi Marcel, did you enlarge the mbr toilet and flush the wall at the window at the same time?

Hi Kay

We did not enlarge the both bathrooms. For the wall we did a box up to hid the AC piping by using calcium silicate board.

FALSE CEILING

My kitchen ceiling with OSRAM downlight.

The biggest challenge is my hall. HEADACHE! I am still struggling to setup the down lights to avoid both my fans. (No Shadows). Then I am hit with another problem. One of my fan is really close to my AC blower. I should have go with 1 fan instead.
