Is it really worth it?

Definitely! :yeah:

Just curious. The pipes you have changed - seems like they are all not yours? The P trap would belong to the upstairs' WC or drainage outlet while the vertical pipe would be the building down pipe, I think.

Hi Ks Toh,

The previous pipes is so old, that I was thinking to wait for Hdb Home Improvement Programme to have change.

However my Id highlighted that I was no point waiting as it is leaking. I thought of saving some $$$ but somethings

are not worth savings, as such I post and say its definitely worth the $$$ to change.

Hope I answer correctly. :good:

Good Morning everyone,

Its beean awhile since I post something.. recently between week 2, my Id came across living room and common room

wall is soak/wet due to heavy downpour. He advise me to call town council to look into the matter as

the inside house as we are about to do sealer and yet there's patch of wall that is soak with water.

- Called Town Council Wednesday morning with regards on external waterproofing.

Received call back Wed evening to confirmed and Thursday morning they will come to rectify the problem.

-Thursday/Friday they have managed to sealed external waterproofing all around. :good:

The work in progress (time management) so far so good. With the photos my id updated, I decided

to head down to QC with my 'Minister of Home Affairs' after work. Boy, was I excited once I open the door,

to see 70% is done. Not bad for tight datelines. However going through with my 'Minister of Home Affairs'

there's lists of things that we still have doubts. :(!!

Of course, no matter how small or big the renovation amount is, money is still money and worksmanship

have to be good rite?

I send the lists as instructed by 'Minister of Home Affairs' thru whatsapp but have yet to received reply.

Hope that problems will be rectify..

I've calculated that the amount from $38,300 shoots to $43K plus.

With some unforeseen circumstances along the work in progress..

BRB

We decided not have any builts in, so that we can shuffle merchandise here and there.

Existing tiles is super retro but we'll do overlay of laminate flooring.

Cabinets, merchandise of room items will all be purchase off shelves :good:

No built ins for the win :)

I'm the same and enjoying it!

Love the mint / green color for the rooms!

Thanks, the color was chose by my daughter. Everyone's looking forward too.

Today end of Week 3, laminate tiles.

No Builts in No worries. lol. The money can generate elsewhere.
