So the plan is to transfer my CPF monies to my CPF investment account, before collecting keys. My BTO flat is due 3rd quarter this year. My question is, when should i transfer the CPF money out to my investment account? Before applying for HLE or before collecting keys?Anyone care to share your experience with me?Thanks!
