Transforming a 3-Room Flat to a 3-Bedroom Apartment

Recommended Posts

Latest update of the renovation status include completion of partitioning to create a new bedroom together with a storage cabinet, air-con installation, vinyl flooring and initial painting.

After the demolishment of staircase, slabing over and leveling the old staircase space, the whole space become one single open area for living, dining and kitchen combined.

As the old drying rack on the ceiling has been removed, I installed a foldaway drying rack in the kitchen. This drying rack has a total length 4.2m of clothes hanging line. But it is not strong enough to hold heavy clothes like wet jeans.

Do take note that kitchen windows have been changed to Bestview windows with invisible grille to bring in more sunlight.

Hi, I over bought this sleek looking Italian made Flux chairs for my apartment and am willing to let 3 of them go at SGD250 each. Flux chair is made of polypropylene and can be folded flat for transport and holds 160kg of weight when transformed into a chair. These are brand new Flux chairs in orange and are still wrapped in their original plastic bag.

Please ping me if you are interested.

It has been more than 2 years since my last update. Recently I painted the recess area of the wall in my master bedroom to make it like a feature wall.
