Stain between tempered glass backing and kitchen wall

Hi Gurus

need your kind expertise on this problem i am facing after moving in for close to 6 months to my new house. 

at least 6 spots of stains at different location of the kitchen have started to appear behind the glass in the kitchen. ID said supplier is surprised and this is the first time they encountered this.

It is most likely the maxbond glue reacting over time with the spray paint which may have solvent in it.

It has nothing to do with the thickness of the tempered glass which is either 5 mm or 6 mm. 

Owners should consider art design glass backing which are much nicer and it seems the artist supplier has eliminated this problem.
