wondering 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2007 Got a flat in tpy and paid for the 5%. But things dun go as plan and i decided to give up the flat and understood that the 5% will be forfeited. However, the other party would like to check of the flat can be transfer to any of his family members. Please advice, as i understood that the new flat cant be transfer to other pple. Thanksin the first place, why do you want to give up the flat? if you were to write to hdb and hdb needs to hear your valid reason. it's good that you all go down to hdb personally and check it out. the people over there will advise you on this matter.
