  1. www.streetsine,com you can see the unit numbers easier to analyze if you are buying a condo.
  2. Congratulations, that's a nice area. I'm looking for a place near braddell...
  3. Hi. What are the SVS subs You carry and Indicative pricing?
  4. Don't think so. Just check and still fairly high.. But those are like nearer to town or old airport road..
  5. 1- Valuations of properties are NEVER done by banks but rather, 3rd party valuers 2- Most private banks do not have mortgage businesses. Some like DBS, UOB or OCBC/Bank of Singapore ride on their retail mortgage divisions. On rare occasions a private bank might allow the client to pledge an unencumbered private property and offer a facility. 3- Different valuation companies/valuers might have a different way of assessing the value of a property. Generally an average over a few valuations provide a better estimate.
  6. Aiyah both of you like can already.. No need to think so much now.
  7. Oh ****. 162 is a little far.. Cov wasn't that high I hope. I used to stay at 117. Quite near to walk over to mrt and east point.. Rx8 abit overkill.. Bicycle can Liao. Cycle to mrt. No road tax no parking fees no insurance no petrol costs. No need take loan..
  8. How hard is it to sell now? Property prices now all time high....
  9. Fringe? Nearer to where? Simei is a small place so I don't think it will be that big an issue. Hahah.. Super platinum no big deal la... I used to have one of those shiny moderator medals too.. Doesn't mean that Reno got discount. Kekeke
  10. Not yet. Thinking whether should buy now or wait it out. Been bit busy also.. How are you?
  11. I've stayed in Singapore for donkey years and PR for for 10 years. Gahment never ask me to be citizen... Maybe i don't earn enough money.. BTW, folks buying NV residence. Do note that there's half a chance might need to endure construction around the neighbourhood.. I think there are at least another 2 plots of land designated for condo beside it.
  12. Tiffany blue wall and island kitchen reminds me of our place at simei previously.. Congrats with the new place! You'll love the Simei.
  13. Maybank uses monthly interest calculation vs some other banks that use daily interest (rest) calculation. Do take note.
  14. you funny lah. i hardly come here nowadays. anything u sms me or call me better. LOL
  15. Gosh! Seems extremely pricey.
  16. Get the unlimited package then.. Actually if you don't have iPhone then you won't have the problem of going online so often. I like my iPhone very much but I am half thinking of selling it away as boss recommend to get blackberry. Sigh.. Just got my iPhone less than two weeks.. Still got wireless headset and Bluetooth haven't open in the box.
  17. before dot com burst or before Asian financial crisis. I would rather buy a pigeon hole studio in d9 then a hdb for 900k
  18. 10 years ago and valuation still under water. Doesn't that say something??
  19. My dream would be a nice 2.8m freehold 2207sqft apartment at Meier Suites. I'm not giving up anything. And I definately do no liken renting a hdb or apartment to pitching a tent. The latter would be much cheaper. P.s. In today's Market, 700k DBSS looks bang for the buck. Go figure
  20. behind the curve in anticipAting demand and supply. I.e. Too slow.. Cov via cpf is a definate no, that will fuel prices even higher.
  21. I just want to correct that I don't believe that aloe of people can't afford the cov, rather alot aren't willing to pay the asking cov. But then again just as many are willing hence there's a market supporting the high covs. If one hears everyone telling him that 50k cov is a norm, one might actually start believing. It's like a game of Texas Hold'em. I almost bought one on the fringe of d9 asking 1200psf was offering 1100psf, no deal. The government said it's capital markets at work willing buyer and willing seller, maybe our papers shouldn't be reporting every news as bullish to support the property craze. Anyway we are in a stampede now, alot of people would be blindsided
