End-up loss out of benefits from govt. Seems to be the big loser. The SS is meant for the outside of the house, size of flat shouldn't matter.Yes, I agree with you abt some TCs the 5-rm don't have the reduced rate and that the S&CC that we pay are meant for outside of flat. As in previous posts, diff TCs/estates got different cleaning contractors. Even in the same estate got old flats and new d&b flats, some with common refuse areas and some don't have, IMHO naturally the operations costs may differ.
