Thanks to RenoTalk, my renovation is off to a smooth start.

Hacking starts tomorrow. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Wao! Love the concrete wall and staircase! The sectioned balcony looks interesting too, and the balcony doors are great!

Tink after renovating the kitchen and toilets, ur place will look great. Where's ur place, by the way?

*edit* Just saw ur 3D pics. U'll be hacking away the section wall in the balcony?

very nice wall u have along the stairs! for a moment... i tot it was after-reno pics.

The house seems to be in a very gd condition, can shift in any moment! N I think u have the same layout as familyof4!

nice layout, cant believe ext'g condition is already so good :dancingqueen::good:

but the main entrance door need to be changed though, hee..

how much will be ur renovation and hw much did u pay for ur flat?
