hi neighbour~~ we almost have the same lights for the whole house hahahahahaha anyway, having all mirror will surely space up your house alot ... but i thot all mirror is quite plain as compared to ur original feature wall in 3D with some designs. and also the cleaning! maybe u can consider adding mirror strips to the "grey?" lines instead of using laminates so u still can have a peep of urself b4 gg out ... the mirror is small but gd enough to check urself, assuming u alr doll up pretty pretty back in ur bedroom liao hehehe .... in this way u hv mirrors n the design still can stay. that's what i'm thinking when considering my bomb shelter feature wall

Just fixed my Yale fingerprint lock today... It's cool! Will prefer non mirrored as I was thinking mirror may look eerie at night.

i am a mirror person. Makes rooms look bigger. I vote for the mirror panes. (but need to be diligent in cleaning fingerprints off mirrors)

We too can't wait for the completion and are eager to move in to our own space. I have been staying with my in-laws after my wedding in July last year as it is more convenient for my wife (and her clothes) even though both our parents' home are 5-room units in Sengkang. Also, there isn't enough space for at least a queen size bed in my own room as I have a solid L-shape study desk which I intend to let my father take over as his study. Since January this year, we have started hoarding furniture, appliances, kitchen ware and even crockery whenever we see a good deal. In fact, we just went to Robinsons today to pay the balance of our mattress, which we have locked in since April 2012, to take advantage of the extra 3% rebate for a total of 8% cash rebate. We picked up some bedlinens and a steam iron along the way and as such, there really isn't much storage remaining.

Enjoying my floor now, I finally understand the fun and surprise for epoxy with screeding. The smoothness and it's texture really tricked the brain sensory. Lol. Hard to describe, you can only try it to know. And the floor is cooling too!

Agree on your fengshui, not knowing is better off than knowing and not following... We also consider fengshui but give it up. Just enjoy the reno process and do what we like!

After you put the putty, it would be best if you can use a sandpaper to sand that "putty" area first. The reason being that the paint can adhere to the area better! I am also doing the painting myself!
