Mine are install outside the unit at the aircon ledge. Weather proof and is the isolating switch similar to the pic below.

Hi Cj8888, to be fair, I'm not quite sure if my contractor would like me to share the contact details of his electrician cause I believe he works for him. I need to check with him on this at a later stage. Secondly, I would prefer a lot more to share Contractor J's contact when I finish or am halfway through doing my place to give everyone a more thorough review of the final workmanship and service he provides. I think it's only fairer that way to introduce genuinely good contractors to people on renotalk than some who just keeps telling you their contractor / ID is so good so good but the reason why they tell u it's good is because they want u to sign with their contractor to get a referral fee or discount for their EC. I've met so many people who do that but their contractor/ID is really just not that good as they claim. I believe in only authentic referrals thus for those who PMed me for Contractor J's contact, I think you guys need to wait at least a month on before I decide to share or not share his contact (:

The thread is moving fast and furious! Many new home owners sharing their journey and that's great haha. Just recalled I have taken photos of the actual turnout of my wardrobe configuration First compartment - Shelvings Second compartment - For bags, drawers n clothes. Third compartment - For clothes and some drawers. Fourth compartment - Hubby's corner. Mirrors at each compartment for convenient trying of clothes! Certainly hope the space is enough!

Sharing my experience. I engaged a contractor too, after sourcing through many IDs. Contractor cheaper than IDs for same work done. Reno has started, hope it completes well too. So far so good. Good workmanship and very responsive. Got pics in my t-blog. pm me if you want his contact number.

Hi sorry for the silly question... but is there any big difference between id & contractor? The contractor I engaged 2 years back also can design. Most of their works are done in-house. A lot of my friends and relatives who came over also like the work done. They thought I went to a id but was surprised that everything is put together nicely by just a contractor. She is very experienced and quite accommodating. The good thing is I managed to get some extra work done without being charged. so I think as long as price is reasonable and workmanship is good, id or contractor also ok right ?

hi guys, i can recommend you a contractor. previously I've use his service few years back to do my house. workmanship good, reliable and no hidden cost. recently bump into him and saw his design and was very impressive. as for the price is cheap and reasonable too. I've already recommend a few of my friend to him.
