Something to share. Accoya wood is a premium product if u are interested. I am looking into acoustic treatment so maybe i setting aside 5 to 8k for treatment and 15 k for sound system, 50 to 60k for the whole reno plus lighting without furniture but I am still doing my maths to see whether worth a not.

Is either it's too good of a deal or.. ultimately the workmanship.. I am also looking under the range of 36k for your unit. The only thing I can think of is the quality of the.materials. I don't mean to pour cold water but it's best to see things at all directions. If contractor wise, is indeed a top class if he can perform the results. But for Id wise, 36k is like...u know now. But tt how I feel.

Hmm? Don't understand you lei... What is the 'something' else? Anyway I did wonder before.. how come his prices are so cheap? I even wondered if the contract comes with some condition that we MUST buy the furniture from #PoshHome or some other condition like that... To lure you in with cheap carpentry & hit you in other ways.. But no lei.. Already verified with #CalvinTan...

Yup, probably average, but we don't really have a good comparison with others – it works well enough for us. Anyway, we got the heater due to it's heating capabilities rather than its nozzle, so it was a pleasant surprise that it came with a nozzle that we were ok with. But nothing is stopping you from purchasing a stronger nozzle to replace the default one.

Finally, just thought I'd do an update of our kitchen cabinets. Once again, I have to say that Ah Gwee (not sure if I'm spelling his name right or if I've caught the right name at all) and his carpentry team from Aian Furniture (Alan Design's in-house team) did a fantastic and clean job. All come with soft closing systems (didn't opt for Blum as was told that this other brand was almost the same in quality and performance). Corner shelving unit Tall pull-out cabinet.

Hi Sevano, PM-ed. Hi Ketua, here is a full view of the glass door. There is another piece of fixed glass panel that sits on top of the kitchen counter.

We got our gate delivered on Monday. We wanted something retro and chanced upon this design in one of the homes featured on asiaone. So our ID got the window contractor to fabricate this. According to contractor, the ovals are a not so common this days, so you cannot just buy the pre-fab shapes and weld them together like in the past. More work for him but we are liking the end result. Very retro, in fact some of the units in our neighborhood are still sporting some of this old design window grilles. In other news, the carpenter team got the MBR wardrobe assembled today and the electrician also fixed up the LEDs on the inside. We are doing sliding doors for all the built-in wardrobes. Decided not to go with the standard sliding system because we did not want to see the aluminum frame. So instead we just got the carpenter to put wood panels on sliding tracks. More carpentry to come ...
