Love the 'wood-looking' wall tiles! the common toilet overlay. we chose this over the beige tile that ID proposed in the 3D.. loving it. it looks and feels like wood planks. abit whitish here because they applied something over close up of the wall tile (the tile below)

After complaining how hard it is to visualize my living room with the furniture..my Hub went to do up this 3D pic..haha now its much much better..although not the atas 3D by the ID but at least its better then having no reference haha.. This is the top view of the living room..roughly looks like this... This is the view from the sofa facing our pretty brick wall..hopefully its gonna be pretty as it cost so much... Probably going shopping for furniture this weekend!

Some updates... I have already moved in for about two weeks . I have engaged Shalom Movers to help me in moving. I have about 25 boxes, one fridge, one washing machine, one queen size mattress to move to my current location. They charged me $320 which I think is quite reasonable (I have gotten a quote from another mover and was quoted $360). Shalom Movers guys are very friendly and efficient. Defintely very recommended! I have called Alan on Thursday to request him to send his painter down to repaint two walls as the previous touch up was not evenly done. I have also told him that the remaining paint was already disposed. But he told me not to worry as he will get his painter to bring the paint along to redo the painting on Saturday. I was out the whole day today and was not around to monitor the painting work. When I am back, I did a quick check and the painting was very well done this time! As always, I feel that Alan is really very efficient in doing rectification. And I was also chasing him for my final bill. Hahaha.. He sounds rather relax and told me not to worry too much. So I still dunno how much I owe him.. Hope I will not get a big surprise when I see the final bill. Here are some of the stickers I bought in Taipei Underground Mall last month. Each cost about SG$2. Quite cheap!

Hi Guys, i am gathering all similar cases on how bad Project File / Prozfile / Projfile are and compile them together and report to CASE. Please let me know if you would like to report them and teach them a lesson. Thanks

Prozfile and Project File are both under the same management and they both are terrible.

i had a bad experience with them too. defects were not fixed promptly and the entire renovation dragged on for months. he wasn't very responsive to our calls and emails too. now our cupboard doors are warping. there were also alot of other issues which will take me days to tell. just be careful about posting comments here as he confronted my friend who complained about him on a forum. he thinks the friend caused him to lose a potential client and became very hostile. the 1 year warranty after work completion was also not honoured.
