recently saw that we can use power point to act as the lan pt with some devices.

actually all depend on your usage and how big is the living/dinning room. so far for invertor sys4 most will recommend Mitsubishi.

I intend to get mitsubishi MRF62U-GP. anyone got any comment or feedback.

actually i went 2 both suntec & expo. suntec is by Audio house and expo is gain city. after some compare, suntec one is more exp than expo one.

even those hardware shop also got sell lor . . . depend on u wan wireless or wired. and the number of ring tone. oops should be bell tone

it will be easier to use tile instead of LF. but i don think Homogenous Tiles is suitable as when it wet, it is quite slippery.

be it Lbox or false ceiling, u need the thickness so that u can put wires and lightning inside. So normally it is drop about 5-10cm(i think one) bah. u can ask the ID they should know how much need to drop.

it depend bah. but recently i jus had a gathering @ my friend house. He brought a dryer & a washer. But he told me, in the end, until now 3 month of stay, he only use the dryer for 1 or 2 times.

if not wrong, all are Battery Operated ones. only is it wired or wireless. the wire from outside to inside normally do not have any electric de. It just a wire link from outside 2 inside only.

TLN, what u mean is that, u advice all doing house owner that they MUST check if that guy (doing the reno) is a bankrupt before engaged their service? or u mean no matter what business u doing got to check if that guy is bankrupt a not? your reason don seem to be . . . . .

maybe u just consider what u need to put place in the kitchen? else u might not need so much space also. but your common toilet if u don wan to use, you might consider to put your washing machine inside instead of hacking the whole thing.

yap the fire-rated door is exp. i heard it 1-2k for a common one. higher rating will be more exp.

my unit also kana, but i'm the lower unit one. but both of us didnt reno the toilet so the warranty is still under HDB. now still waiting for hdb contractor to solve the issue.

Hi actually don understand why u wan to build a feature wall when u don want the TV cosole? since u do not wan to build the TV console, might as well deco the wall enough already rather than build a feature wall plus put a TV console?

actually what we did is, use the normal string one to mo wet the house, then use the army towel to wipe dry floor (just step on it and walk around).

at least u still got some amt back. we still not sure what we can do at the moment with $$$ tied up. only know he had been caught and sentence 2 years. our money will need to go through civil case ourselves . . . which required more $$$ 2 engage lawyer

actually depend on the area. If that area no so popular then might still got chance. my Q is 600+ that time too. total flat also ard 400+, when my turn still got a lot of flat left over as a lot ppl drop out. esp when the queue become 400+ drop rate very high. Each day like only 3-5 flat taken up only.

ask ppl nenver mention yours? strawberrysweet what is your queue num? It depend what reason you give and case by case bah.
