I think a 2 tone floor is ok to divide the space but that's good if you have a pretty big area ba. if smaller then will prolly make the place look smaller?

EH ya how would a potential buyer viewing know whether got tiles or not? and PLENTY of people dun have tiles these days. The valuer dun care about that. And I think potential buyers will ALWAYS haggle over the price and will find something to haggle over no matter wat. Unless pocket overflow with cash la. then wun haggle over anything at all.

haha the contractor promised this completion date.. I'd expect some small things to still be undone at that point but ye should move in right after Xmas. At first when I expected contractors to do reno within 4 weeks I was so worried. then I was talking to my colleague today.. hers was done in 2 weeks! and she hacked the whole house too... so I know it's possible... and hope the Uncle really deliver. *sweat* NEXT WEEK!! start next week! mm someone did mention something about having to test your water pressure. Not all the units have the same water pressure. Some very weak so cannot put rainshower one. esp if you use instant heater. For some people they use the storage heater one then can.
