Totally agree with Smallboy's wifey and mrspiglet. That said, if you ask them which colour is better, they will still advise.. but they base it on practicality.. which is also important of course. However in terms of designs.. or spending time with you to slowly analyse your tastes and such... that would be impossible.

I only have cabinet base. My W/M uses the four stone/bricks kind. My W/M is in the toilet so to prevent the bottom from being wet (corrosion) all the time, we put the stones. Mom insists on not having the base as she says she might want to get a bigger/smaller W/M next time and might want to shift the W/M around. Fickle-minded. My Fridge doesn't have any base. Unless you intend to wash your kitchen flood-style there's no need for W/M and fridge base...

The thing is.. we can pay in full via CPF or Cash.. but the mortgage needs to be changed as the area under mortgage has been changed. Technically it is beneficial for the bank as NOW the area under them is larger but they needn't lend us money for it. URGH but they are still so slow.

When my good friend had her house made, they hacked a wall wrongly and now the opening to the storeroom is from her bedroom. But overall the parents were still quite happy with the company... When I compare their home and the showroom, there really was some difference. I always feel that looking at their real projects is far better than going to some showrooms. In a showroom they'll always show you the best but it may not be what they are going to give you anyway.

Yup They definitely give a resort feel. I think grey tiles are the easiest to maintain. I have those for my kitchen and I have the impression that it's very clean. haha.. Unlike my off-white living tiles which constantly look horrible with my hair. I love this painting. Will you be acquiring more to put up around the house? Nice and Bright!
