power trip is not due to induction hob.. as you said, over usage of power on a single power line will cause tripping.. what you should do before you moved in is to on all the lights, air con, power switches, appliances etc for about half a day... see will trip or not.. if not, then you should be fine forever..

i just went to living phenomenon to buy some bathroom accessories.. heard from my contractor they give rather good service as some of his previous client uses them and he witness their good service.. went there and they were friendly and courteous..

yup.. being away and forum was down for awhile isnt it? sorry to hear that you are still working on your recess.. some banks are purposely delaying credit approval process so all the hiccups you are seeing might just be just that.. I didn't see that coming as my mum's place is fully paid when we bot the recess.. my place is a nightmare.. i am having arguments with the authority on some really ridiculous request and am planning to go to my MP if they still cannot get it done.. anyway, i used to work with the govt so i know their pattern quite well.. hoping to get it resolve by next week.. this is putting a serious delay on my house anyway.. that's a separate story. i will update my thread once i get the chance.. hope yours is a better journey!

hey pp... so what happened now?

no steel kitchen or bathroom accessories.. they all rust. those are my only regrets.. i have lamps, carpets which are fine. i am typing on the vika table tops and legs now which are still in great shape. The Lack series is holding up my volka collection.. ahha... so not all is bad.. just the metal, steel stuff... avoid at all cost.. give me free i also wont want..!

ok. got you, thanks. ok.. i was mistaken, mine does have the logo.. it is easily miss without looking at it clearly.. ya..i think aesthetically it is nice. One problem i have is that if you use it as a 2 way switch, the led wouldn't light up.. i was told that they dont have 2 way switch that would light up. Secondly, the switch get stuck quite easily if not installed properly... so need good installer i think..

All i see on website are brochures pictures.. the pictures of the switches have word clipsal on it while my contractor tells me mine is clipsal zencelo but it doesn't have the brand on it.... so im worried about foul play here. anyone uses that light switch. can snap a pic for me to see?
