hi there! i dun have to do flooring..coz mine is all done..i juz need to do wardrobe for MBR, kitchen cabinets, shoe cabinet, partition..mainly carpentry work..tiling prob juz strips of mosaic..no need windows... howz the loan procedures like? coz i prob getting my keys in a few mths' time..so dunno if i can apply for loan 1st..

dear all..especially for those whoz house are done up by uncle.. how much approximately will renovation cost for a 4-room premium? juz need the basics like capentry n all..can we obtain renovation loan with uncle's quotation? thanks for helping!

sorry to hijack aubrey's t-blog.. anyone applied for reno loan when signing with uncle? the bank will normally pay the contractor directly rite? but normally they will just approve the loan on the amount indicated on the quotation and not anything higher?

pinklady..i super heart ur kitchen! big n spacious..and exactly the same colour scheme i intend to have for my kitchen! but i will not have the luxury on space..mine is a pathetic pigeon hole in punggol..not too sure my tiny kitchen can take the colour anot.. the decals pinkpetter used should be stickers..pinkpetter..do share the cost of it ya..u put it up urself or the ppl there did it for u? i've been looking at those from winkplay.com so itz nice to see another supplier here..

arlo!! i'm from coralinus 2!! layout similar, except that my bay window is in the MBR..and yes, i opted for the doors also..kinda regret now..any idea if the doors includes the MBR toilet's as well? coz i intended to have a frosted glass door for that particular toilet..

hehe..didn't know there are so many people who likes eeyore too..i'm a die hard fan of eeyore too..i'm still thinking of how i can accomodate them in my new place in punggol next year..now most of them are inside ziploc bags in my store room waiting to be released when i move in..they probably will take up 1 room oredi..=X
