slowly, i am updating... went to the hardware shop and bought this rod for hanging cultleries. very useful bought lots of this from Ikea. spent quite a bomb too. for covering the baseboard of the cabinets shelving. this took up my whole long weekend time. i also bought the cheapo silver colour aluminum sheets ones for high level shelving as no one can see nice or not. cheapo covering can liao. my bedsheet. i like it very much.

my MBR toilet. heater installed. bracket for holding shampoo etc also installed. but somehow my father told instructions wrongly and installed one more layer. looked a bit out. but nvm my altar switch. but my parents found the altar is one corner is not good for fengshui and they wanted to shift the altar out a bit. have to "ma-fan" the electrician to come and fix again. but he's good. came a lot of times to fix up things. my rooms/storeroom door design. turns out to be not bad

hahaha. spying won't work lor. not until I found my HP cable for transferring photos from my HP to my computer. haha. FOUND IT!!! Moved into the house last Sat. 25 over big boxes of barang. Considered a lot. My friends were all complaining that how come I have so much things to carry over to the new house. After that, relatives came on Sat and Sun to look see. Have to entertain them whilst unpacking. Also set up my computer and phone line last Saturday. Mon carry on unpacking. And on Wed, unpacked most of the stuff liao. But to my horror, I still got 2 boxes of clothings and some teeny weeny things not packed. Plus, my storeroom in a mess. Sigh. Have to wait until wekeend then do. tired. Pasted the decals. Mopped the floor and suprisingly, not very dirty. Re-arranged the computer cables cos too messy. Now looked so neat. Pics Garole once again. However, I did not arrange the photos, thus, I will just comment as the photos go along. No organization one. And Blue Diamond, I kept to my promise. Haha. my Franke sink. apparently, the sink leaked water when used. not a lot. Joseph came and rectify on Mon. But somehow, still leak. will tell him again when he come to install the stainless steel backing for my kitchen hob. my MBR toilet aircon pipe being covered by similar floor tiles. Joseph saw the exposed aircon pipe and suggested this. very nice of him. And somemore he went and purchased another set of tiles to cover this up as there are no leftover tiles. my unfurnished kitchen prior to moving in. the kitchen hood is nice. hahaha. and easy maintenance. the hood, as i said earlier, is too far in. but no one's fault as it cannot be too out also. must be careful and tell the carpentry this when they cut hole. better still, put a stainless steel backing on the wall above the hood to protect the wall tiles.

but it's a bit too far from the cooker. joseph came and agreed that the hole not cut very ok. too far in. the only way to resolve now is to add a stainless steel backing. agreed to do it. happy lor since rectificaition can be done by the way, i did not buy the kdk fan in the end. was recommended the fanco fan instead by the light shop owner. one reason is no stock and the other is she said the kdk fan's LED light not bright enough. finally unpacked 90 percent of stuff. tmr will be doing some decals if possible. and also waiting for my cd rack to come in soon. so that i can re-organise my bookshelf a bit. i have tonnes of cdssss. and bookssss.

ah wei is good in carpentry. must definitely wait for him

the defect is the stove. must not be in the centre of the solid top. should be closer to the person cooking. mine is in the centre. i did not notice until my relative told me. i also have not started cooking yet so i dun notice. the worry is that when cooking, the heat from the stove may cause the tiles to crack overtime. maybe... solution now is to add a stainless steel backing on the wall. not sure if that works. the PUB guy that came this morning also commented that the stove is too far in.

thanks all for the wishes. found one defect regarding the stove. have to feedback to joseph later today... parents said not acceptable. but dunno what joseph/ ah wei can do however, very happy to be unpacking and moving into the new house. still have not find my HP cable from my pile of boxes... will look for it tmr if possible...

defects most of it settled. not major. but no choice for some. need to think of alternatives... thanks all

haha. i move in yesterday aka 4 July. Picked the date because of feng shui. dead tired. more than 90% of my things over at my new house liao. super messy. a lot of boxes here and there. thanks to my two friends who helped me to move using one of their cars. made about 7-8 trips to and fro. fortunately, my new place not far from my old place. HO promised by uncle supposed to be 15 June. but i did not rush him cos i know based on his tight schedule, i give and take 2 weeks. and also i wanted to make use of next Mon's holiday to unpack. i did rush Joseph these few days, afraid that HO may not be materialise. will tell more of the happenings before HO (happy and unhappy) in a later post. but haha, happy most of the time la. now changing new bedsheets, quilt cover and etc... take photo and show later when i find my cable...

booy: i also dead tired from work. ya ya, housewarming then u see lor. rondy: my side is like tat. tat's why the previous owner thinks he lugi selling me the house. HO tmr with minor rectifications and additional thing to work on(cd rack). today furniture and electrical appliances coming in.

ya lor. and i have to shuffle between work and reno. hahaha. and no time to take any pics cos lazy. joseph bought some more MBR toilet tiles to help me cover the air con piping on the floor. he suggested that and it was done liao. impressed met ah wei on the cd rack and he made a very good suggestion. but that will only be done after i have moved in. no choice.

cannot consult meh. busy like mad lor. now still in office.

never mind. come for my housewarming la. stormcontrol: yup. i bought it at gain city. delivering this coming friday latest updates: ah how and team came to replace the hollow floor tiles. took them 2 hrs to change as it involves jagged edges. feels a bit paiseh but no choice cos it is near the entrance of the storeroom. if dun change, sure will crack in future. the hood electrical point is fixed. now waiting for joseph to inform pub to turn on the gas supply the granite top fixed. tmr meeting ah wei to discuss about adding a full length mirror and cd rack. now vexing over where to put my fishtank. apparently, there is no powerpoint near the tv console. have to see how ah tan is going to solve that. putting at the shoe cabinet not very ideal for fengshui in my own sense, as the fish tank is near the main door and opposite the altar. but my fengshui master said as long as not directly face main door and slant faced altar are fine.

yeah. handing over soon wor. so happy!!!
