B&B's Love Nest @ Bishan t-blog It was a long search since Dec 2008. From joining HDB sales queue to Fernvale to AMK and Bishan. I was determined to focus on Bishan area and spent 2 months visiting different parts of Bishan old and new. Somehow I just enjoy the little tranquil feeling I get from the environment. Luckily, this particular agent who specialises in Bishan, has been very patient with my HTB and myself. In fact, we applied for HLE in advanced during Jan'09. And we were thinking of giving up when it expires. We nearly have some hits but the feelings were not entirely right. One fine day, HTB called me while I was away from town for work and told me about this unit which he feels right about. The next day, I flew back and visited the unit right after landing! We then visited the unit for consecutive three days - day & night. Negotiated and exercise option within a week. Now I'm counting down to May 2009 for keys collection! Here the floorplan: We will be rendering service from a non-commercial FSM. No concrete renovation plans until after the FS audit.

Our kitchen opening is different. I'm thinking of extending the kitchen against this wall.

The inital 40k cov for you is a little too high i must say. Glad you managed to settle for lower cov. Hmmm for the same floor plan...I bought it below valuation though. The previous owners do not like any build in and aircon too -.-" Kitchen has limited workspace so im very tempted to change it to L-Shape. Cupboards are useful but u have to find some place to buy your drinking supply etc. You have nice broken marble flooring...my HTB would have love it too

hmmmm your mbr is divided into two parts right? - sleeping area & dressup area Doesnt that make the sleeping area windowless and dark w/o lights? your sleeping area will be quite limited too. we have the same floor plan =) my kitchen is semi open concept from the front view AND has the same length....=( v limited workspace

OMG...Ah Soon and co work fast man!! I can't wait to contact Ah Soon...SOON! *agonising to wait for FSM's audit* I have yet to buy any furniture or applicances too~

Congrats!!! Same floor plan as mine! One question...why is there a door at the access balcony? Did you buy the corridor too? Are you at st 24 too? =)

steal thread a little ah... about washing machine - nowadays how is the water being drained? directly drained out or thru the tubes? my wm area is opp the toilet...abit far ya know...

HeeHee I played all sorts of computer games...from online mmorpg to ps2, psp and dslite. After playing dslite, i think gaming should be fun and stressless. Aimed for Wii instead of PS3. My friend bought his wii fit package with 10 games @ $450 at amk jubilee BUT a wk later his bro bought another set at a higher price @_@" ahem...m/O/d/d/e/D So can you cousin beat that price? Wii Fit is a pretty nice to have to fun and fitness =) Make sure u make your buy worthwhile and lose some WEIGHT! hee however...my HTB thinks shld not buy Wii because I will get addicted. Bleah and he doesnt know how to play any other computer games but soccer =x

Hee you can do exercise on the mat then the computer can tell your body's real age...haa Can you ask your cousin how much for wii fit package? ^_^
