the shape is really unique. but for the dog fur part, then i think this suede fabric might not be suitable . think u need to change the fabric .

i think got warranty one right . Unless that time u didn't redo yr floor tile. If u redo the floor tile , the contractor will do the water proofing and give like 1yr warranty ? this is what i understand from my contractor

mine done in within 1 month - everything quite fast except painting . That time , i rem only 1 guy doing the paint job slowing . ha. Warranty wise - I think 3-5yrs on tile and cabinet . Can't rem already. Can call to find out if u need . laminated wood is lifetime warranty .

Seem like there is alot of woodlander .... ha ... but I used to be a Yishun kids .... move to woodland only when I was 16 or 17 . Come to think of it , it had been 10 yrs liao .....

Yeah .... That's what I mean ... good service will be appreciate. If i rem correctly the indian guy work for cellini for 14 years liao. (that's what he told rachel). Sharing his story He (the delivery man) had just recently bought a flat of his own . While furnishing for his new home, he decided to get Cellini furniture as he had been working there for 14yrs. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have much cash left after he had pay for the COV and renovation. His boss (must be one of the head ba) ask him not to worry and allow him go on 0% installation. He happily selects his furniture. Here come the best parts – after finish selecting the furniture (near to 9k value) instead of asking him to pay for the 1st installment , the boss tell him that the furniture he chose will be consider as a gift to him . All FOC. He was speechless and touches. Even I was touches after hearing this story. Guess this is the best motivation for a good staff like him . Good man get good payoff after all

Actually not highly recommended lah .... Just that I feel that it's value for money for what I had done. As I always say , it's not 100% no issue. We did face some paint work issue but he manage to get it rectify on time lah. Bi-fold door 1st installation also cannot close properly. But also it’s a 1 time problem solve . During my house warming, a lot of my friend also impressed by the amount of item done with the money I spend. They also comment the workmanship is good

True true .... I agreed with BD. I think it's the trust between the u and the agent. My case , my agent told me , by right she's suppose to collect after 1st appontment . But she dun mind to collect on 2nd appointment. If i'm not wrong , my previous owner also pay his agent on the 2nd appointment

If i am not wrong , Ac5 is lifetime warranty and AC3 is 15 years . but hor , i think 10 years already more then enough
