Oh... water pipe.... i saw the pipe go through the other side which is dining room ? Is there really a need to go through there ma ? Very sad coz ur bathroom looks soooo nice then got these pipes spoil the outlook especially on top. If can run piping below will be nicer so wont so obvious....... But maybe canot be done that y in this way ba.

I check with aircon guys and they told me HDB only can have 1 compressor. So far i been lurking around and find non have 2 compressor units in their HDB flat yet. I not sure about solid surface. Heard Corian is good and not cheap but still not a good kitchen top to me. Still easy to scratch and resistant to hear is terrible. Anyway i have forgo the idea of using solid surface and rather top up for a good solid kitchen top. Granite is good ! I haven heard any complains from them and they are beautiful. Galaxy stars and blue pearl are the best looking IMO hehehe. However i went abit adventurous and opt for Quartz top instead. Similar properties like granite but easier maintenance. The only setback is the color is not as nice as Granite deep color. Undermount should be the same price. Another advantage is that no need worry silicon on top mount will leak or wad. Also test the Kitchen top guy skills coz they need to smooth all the areas for undermount sink. Not only looks nice but if you wana wipe water on the top to basin will be easier. You wont feel the silicon thingy and no need worry if long time use will the silicon leak ornot hehehe

hmmm high is ok. The rain effect will be better then higher rite ? Most impt is the height of the mixer i think. Are you comfortable to reach the mixer is the main part. What are the metal things along the top ? Are those piping to other places ? Behind is another toilet issit ? Looks kinda weird on top IMO

IMO if the force is that huge. With or without the track on left isnt going to help. The track seems to only work for smooth sliding purpose. Dont think the small thing can actually support the glass if there is an impact. Hmmmm i bought KDK ! Shouldnt be a problem for HDB. the rod isnt long just around the same like other fans. Kitchen Kitchen is bare as well. Living Sand and tiles are ready ! Was told that they will take another day to clear up all the rubble and next will be ready for screed and tiling.

Day 3 Woah ! I must admit I am pretty happy on Day3 when i went up. Hacking was indeed completed and left with some rubbles to clear. After that should be screeding and then tiling will commence i supposed. Balcony Woot ! No more Wall !! And looks very very spacious indeed ! Bedroom3 The storeroom was gone as well !

MBR View From MBR Toilet Toilet loks more or less completed. More or less, quite a lot hacking are done. Left the Stiffener and kitchen area and should be all done.

Nice granite top ! The kitchen sink is under mount right ? Looks really really niceeeee ! I think i will also ask for under mount instead. Top mount may be easier to change sink but normally pple dont usually change sink right ? My old hse been using sink for more then a decade and still good. So i think i just get a Cristo 2 basin sink and have it under mount ehehehe looks way nicer !

I also got Samsung ! XD Can not resist its sleek design hehehe. Mine is Series 6, still have no time to try it out yet. But definately samsung have reflective prob i heard. If have lights shinging will affect your viewing 1. As for dark tinted film will not be much help if the sun will shine in. Only solution is covered the windows with curtains which in return u get a very dark living room ? Perhaps have to on the lights in day time wor.

Ahahaha, I'm in shift work so every mth I will rotate 1 week in graveyard shift. Was really busy when not working coz have to fast fast finalize the things. Eh I took the better grade Practiq series with titanX =/ Family series should be cheaper but I think flooring is impt since i will be living for along time so i requested for better grade.

Well at least you using AC5. This grade so far haven seen much pple complain on it. Yah i was browsing Supreme and really little range to choose from. The texture oso not really impressive compared to Pergo. But taking Pergo also cause a big dent in my wallet. 3 rooms est 3.8K total >__<

Hmmmm... So you mean your TV will be blocking the window ? In that case you will be facing the window while watching tv ? My concern is if the sun will shine through from the windows. Might affect your vison while watching tv wor.

Wah nice lock !!! I was planning to get 1 too but my exisiting Main door lock is those old type 1. The lock is on top and handle is below ZzZZZZz So if i change it with Samsung ezon 5120 there will be markings of old locks...... Haiz..... thus i thinking to forgo the beautiful lock you have it on your door now
