The one at my place is top mount. Meaning, the basin is sitting on the solid surface. SUre, it looks nice. But, on hindsight, I think we should have gone on undermount. A bit more practical. Now, when water splashes out, and it does, you can only wipe it to the floor. At least with undermount, you can just wash it into the basin.

Same here. MBR one has, common one doesn't have. If the toilet is narrow, don't get a vanity cabinet. Will cause your bathroom to look very small and crowded.

Hi, I went there for my honeymoon end of March beginning of April this year. Took Qatar Airways there, transit at Doha. It was SGD1114 per pax return ticket. SQ was selling at about SGD2000 direct to Athens. Way too expensive for me. Our trip was to spend a few days in Athens, then we took a ferry to Mykonos, 2 nights there, then took a fastboat to Paros, 2 hours later, a ferry to Santorini. Spent 3 nighst there. Then ferry back to Athens. For my trip, I got FantasyTravel to take care of all the trnasfers, accomodation, ferry trips, day trips all for me. For about 11 days, including a day tour of Athens + day trip to Delphi, it cost us Eur1250 per person. I felt it was worth it because it saved teh hassle of buying own ferry tickets, taxi rides etc etc. If you want, you can PM me for the person who handled my itinerary for us.

Got the 42inch Panasonic S10. Using it mostly to watch Channel 5 and some cable. No sports for me. And no PS3 or Wii (for now...) Got it for SGD1400. No vouchers. At Gain City. Pleased with it so far. But I got a feeling it is a bit hot... luckily my living room is quite breezy.

Went to MGL Curtains at Eminent Complex. I was looking to do day+night curtains for the living room and MBR, and normal night curtains for the common room. All in all, I was quoted SGD1100 after much bargaining. Then, I went to the t-blog of WhiteResidences and he recommended a person who does curtains but is based in JB. However, this shop has sort of a representative in Singapore, whom I contacted. After making appointment, the boss from the shop came over from JB and did measurements and brought some samples to see. Material are all the same. But, they offered us at RM2200, which equates to about SGD900. Went ahead with this shop. Curtains were ready within 1 1/2 weeks. They came down and installed for us. They also helped me install my blinds that I bought from IKEA for the yard area. So, quite happy with them.

Is this Ackerman and Smith same as Sleep Savvy? Cos, I bought a Simmons BeautyRest Platinum King size bed during the Home Decor fair on July 1st. The guy who served us was called Eric. can't remember the surname. But he seemed ok. Maybe I just haven't found out that I kena carrot yet. Anyway, he threw in 2 Deep Sleep pillows and one mattress protector for us. And the mattress was delivered on time. So, ok for me lah.
