Hi chowchow188, Our unit in AMK is also undergoing MUP now and they just started last week. 8 more days to go . We have asked the HDB contractors to replace the toilet basins with our own which comes with the vanity cabinet and they were ok with it. They were even able to cut the cabinet so that the pipes are able to be hidden in the cabinet. However, this will only be done later this week. Hope it will turn out fine. As for the shower screen, you shouldn't have a problem if they were already installed before they hacked the toilets. They will put back whatever they have taken out and you can replace a new one for them to install too. Hope this helps. MB

Hi deadrat, I remember seeing this sofa set at Furniture HQ at AMK Central (opposite where the old bus interchange was) a couple of months back. Was thinking of buying it but after trying it out a few times, decided not too as the seat can extend out easily when you want to sit down on the sofa. You just need to push your back against the backrest a little harder and the seat will extend out. I think the price than was just above 2k. MB

I'm thinking of getting a ceiling fan but my CO insisting on stand fan instead as easier to clean. But I think ceiling fan is much more cooling. Are ceiling fans that hard to clean? Can anyone share the pros and cons of having a ceiling fan? Thanx
