I have stored diced tomatoes in the small bowl for a week and a half and they were just as tasty as the day I diced them. Not at all soggy and grainy. Currently I have one of these sets and an extra medium bowl. It's on my shopping list to get another set ;-) They've already saved me a fortune in fresh produce and I've only had them for about a month! My next experiment will be with bananas....
