  3. opps. didn't realise there was a reply to my thread. anyway, we bought the candelier light at lightings.com.sg. yes, confirmed its just $159. i think this is one of the most fast moving items in their shop. value purchase imho
  4. Common toilet completed. MBR "hotel styled" toilet. Really love our toilet. Will probably be spending more time in there in future. =P Chandelier installed in MBR. Also bought from lightings.com.sg. One of the most popular items in the shop probably because of the price. If i remember correctly, only costs $150+
  5. Another "photo heavy" posting today. Hope everyone enjoy the pictures. =) Kitchen industrial tap installed. Kitchen 90% completed. Only left the glass backing to be glued to the walls. Dining lights installed. Bought from lighting.com.sg View of dining area. Walkway to the bedrooms. All doors have been changed and replaced to more "condo looking" doors.

  9. Thanks happy lunar new year to you too! Yupz, our house is directly opposite MRT. I think our contractor got it from Hafary. The door is from Besglas. I think it costs us $650 for ea door.
  10. Hi strawberry, thanks for dropping by! For the toilets, we had extensive alterations to it. We boxed up the side walls and also put in extra wall panels to "conceal" some of the water pipes. Which of course, makes our toilet abit smaller. As of now, the renovation costs add up to slightly more than $50k... hopefully the VOs don't burst our budget by too much.

  15. for our living room wall, we used Nippon sandstone. On the picture, it looked abit greyish. But in actual fact, its more brownish. haha... i noticed we have similar door lock too. mine came with the door when we bought it from Besglas. Is you aluminium door from Besglas too?

  18. what's the brand of your HT system? I'm thinking of getting one, but its like searching for Queen Bed... so many choices!
  19. this is a good question. anyone can help too? Just to quote you our example. for my current reno, we chose apple white and when it's painted, it looks greenish. hence, have to re-paint the few walls. avoid apple white if your theme is not environment green.
  20. MBR. Wadrobe WIP. 60% of carpentry work remaining for this room. Bedroom 1 aka study room. Carpentry works for this room not started yet. Bedroom 2 aka guest room. wadrobes WIP. Slow and steady wins the race!
  21. Finally, some updates on our reno. Living room fully painted. Common bathroom. Shower unit, WC & Basin not up yet. Kitchen. Carpentry 80% done. Rest of the toilet accessories all delivered today! =)
