  1. You are actually asking for a "one-way mirror", lighting conditions are important for this application. "Observer" side must be always darker........no such thing as True one-way mirror.   2. I kena frightened once (mid night)in a Vietnam hotel room, since then I realised the "power" of mirror. Since then, become sensitive to mirror locations whether in Singapore or go oversea. Previous & present houses have installed half-height-full-width mirror panels just next to dinning tables. Don't know got "Double food", "water" or not, but found quite practical, comb hair, adjust cloth, make funny face, practise speech, press pimplets(I got no more pimpets)....so "powerful". This mirror always catches visitors' attention, don't know why le? As long as you can tahan the "shock" in midnights, then ok. I'm getting older, so does the heart, can't stand this kind of shock any more.

  6. Htng is wring abt specs. All products are "supposed" to come with technical specs and features written somewhere for consumers' understanding and choice making. Product not conforming to spec = failure. Best to buy products that come with specs, however, not necessarily products with specs are good. Paste reflect sticker on one blade, on the fan, & use tachometer to pt at the reflective sticker, meter will tell rpm. Japan engineer is not only for htng, I believed, there are some more "victims" out there. I was searching for KDK fan & kena routed to this RT forum last year. Ended up I bought 2 x V56VK from amk, cash, self delivery, shocked to see no "bracket". Capital Distribution should have but lazy to go all the way there. Other brands of fan "never" got my attraction, only KDK. About to drop & hit ppl's head? Get an aircon service co to certify yr compressor installation still very tokong, sign, chop and submit the report. In fact, if I were you, I would challeng HDB abt compressor installation: if need vibration test( how much verticaly/horizontal stress applied, hz range?), static load test (how many kg), dynamics load test, noise test (65dB measure 1 meter away).... ask them to list the "standards", only after passing these standards then is considered passed. If HDB has no such established standards, then what "report" they are referring to?(ensure 15A power socket is safe ?Present compressor weigh 80kg or less?) . Or, simply just get Ah cat or Ah dog co, writes something good, endorsed, signed, submit and case close?

Once you "heng heng" got it, immediate need to pay 5% cash. 15% needs to be paid within 9wk after date of OTP or signing of S&P, then standard Progressive Payment kicks start. You need to borrow "ah kong"'s $ or bank's $. 2. You need to pay another 10% to developer once foundation completed......read the details of the payment method. 3. If payment smooth, heng heng about 2~3 years later then you can move in. Suay suay, the developer get caught in financial difficulty and project half-dead, good luck. 4. When near TOP, the total buying price is supposed to be disbursed to the developer already. What can HDB help? -HDB will offer you a piece of advise: Get advise from your solicitor. Note: When signing S&P, you need to pay stamp duty.(buying price x 3% - 5400)

Only the owner knows the actual motive/s. Invited Master sure could "sense" the motive/s, whether with or without expressly spoke, along the way. Note: FS masters are trained and are super good at observing/interpreting behaviours, body languages.....be careful. I believed in one way or another, Kalimantan has made him unpleased, sincerity could be one of "them". Sure one has to express his sincerity(most often is how to show, simply just "open book" or "show hand"), and tell of his motives/reasons, of inviting master for an audit. It is not as simple/pure as like a commercial transaction, must remember this, very important. Otherwises, master will reserve & retreat. Masters treat sincerity as "Heaven", human manipulation as "floor". He must have felt the "Heaven" & "floor" not in existence, & no worth for his "expertise". 2nd visit is just an excuse to exit. My experience (not fs related) indicates that some masters with real substances are siao siao, can ask rocket high price, can even provide free service as & when their deem fit. Unless Kalimantan "open" his book(something more than $ term), I doubt Master Chang is willing to show his "true color". Note: I'm not Master Chang nor his disciple/relative/....promotion hor, just my agar agar guessing/analysing.
  14. Indeed, it is hard to understand God's will (the otherway round: if we can understand God's will then we are superior than Him and we are the "God"), unless He reveal Himself to us. God is a sprit, in fact need no object for Him to reside in, it is the human's "artificial intelligence" ie (drawing legs to a snake)who/which dictates such. Fans for residential usage, as rule of thumb, rpm not exceeding 500 (14 inch blade). Higher pitch will load more on fan=consume more current. Too high speed >500rpm will create "noise" - air vibration. More blade meant for low speed, less blade meant for higher speed. - There is no "life time" warranty for motor. Verticle-mounted (ceiling fan) is easier to breakdown than horizontal-mount (standing fan) due to greater gravitional force acted on the armature shaft. The is an AC capacitor to create current/voltage phase shift in the beginning for fan to rotate, always "leak" in capacitance over time. Industrial fan has an average lifespan of 370,000hr, if to run contineous 24hr/day. Mosting due to mechanical wear & tear instead of electrical or electronic reasons. All fans, serve one basic function - air circulation. Other features are just "sweetners". I like plain, less feature, lasting, RC. If a fan can't make sufficient air circulation - throw away & get a bigger one.

I did not realise the problem, I asked them to walk from lift towards door with gate swing first way out.
