Referring to KDK? Those blade with less than 48 inch in diameter are "toys" fan. Good to see but cannot "eat". 48 inches to 60 inch blade fans run from 200rpm to 300rpm. For HDB, cos of low ceiling, try get those "short but fat neck" type, avoid pull cord, no lighting below blade, will cast shadows and make one spins. Ideally should be variable speed control to suit different situation, of course remote control is the best(subjective). Some like pull cord and pull till it cord breaks or the mechnical rotary switch give way then LL. If install within Lbox or rectangular box, mark 2 lines across each diagonals and get the "centre" point, install the fan there. KDK fan comes with a stainless steel cord/string. String tied to motor assembly, another end is supposingly fitted into another set of anchore bolt, for in case bracket give way, whole assembly will not drop to floor, but hang in the air. But this is not practical for HDB unit as ceiling is low. ABS blade is better than metalic blade - paint will peel or rust after some time. Those "normal" bracket needs only 2 anchore bolts (3 inch long), those recommended by kdk(where to get?) needs 4 anchor bolts. The rubber gasket MUST fit nicely into the Ring, if too loose (ring too big) fan wobbles at higher speed. Bring the rubber gasket together with u while buying the bracket.

Whether for house or for car, solar film blockage function to sun's radiation heat is neglegible, unless is for whole piece of glass from floor to ceiling type (who will install solar film, might as well get curtain which is movable). House - heat absorbed during day releases through walls/bricks at night. Solar firm can "block" limited amount of radiation heat from sun into the room/hall during day time and provided the windows are "closed". Solar film = dark color, affect your your view from house to outside, so why take trouble to put this film? Car - Heat absorbed by metallic body, not only through windows! So unless you use solar film to cover up the whole car (externally) or cover up the external part of your house , then it make sense to use solar film to reduce heat.

Confused? Let me list what's being done in mkt: (HDB resale) 1. Seller engages agent, no exclusive agreement sign, pay 1%. Can pay additional "angpow" to agent if seller likes it. 2. Seller can choose to sign "exclusive agreement" with agent, usually pay 2%. Optional "angpow". 3. Buyer "walk in" without agent, Can choose not to pay seller agent 1 single cent (must do paper work himself) or pay 1% (negotiable), be careful, most agents will "con" you into signing commission agreement without you actually aware of. Or don't pay comm but use "angbow" to settle the agreement between you & the seller's agent. 4. Buyer with agent - throug this way, usually seller's agent is at upper hand & will play tricks and buyer'll be hard (or pay higher price)to get a good unit he/she likes. Why? think! Buyer can pay whatever % or angbow or coffer/tea, massage or ever car...to buyer agent. I miss out any?
