- 422K +32k, cheap leh, chiong ah(one done in march 2010, val+cov =407K, 11-15 floor) - Only 8 year old flat. - Got home theatre some more, see until eye-ball pop out and black black next day. - Rise platform bed room, foster glass at side??. - Dinning room got air con, shiok. Eat slowing, enjoy meal. Don't know how those "smells" get out. - A lot of lighting here & there leh, always switch on meh? - Don't know photos taken recently or 8 yrs ago leh. - 2 photos on scenery (trees) showed different "height" of location of photo being taken, should be >8th floor. - Kitchen super cleaned, looked quite "empty", owner hardly "hand on" leh. - How come no tiolets' photo - too urgly to be seen? Any other "kpo" observations?

Simply seller doesn't know what they are doing! Fix yr 2nd appt date aready? Remember, maximum for 2nd appt is 8 wk away from 1st appt, otherwise OTP voids. Anyway only HDB has "rights" to extend 8 wk to durther. If the more than 8 wk is due to seller's fault -can you this to void the whole sale and sue seller till his/her pants drop. -
Chiong(+) 80 to 100 point of STI. Just anticipation only leh, one week = 5 working days, average one day soar 16 to 20 point. Then till when Rabbit take over, just reached 4000 point. Quite limited GLP shares(~$200 mil)in retail investors' hand. Big fishes hold a lot, unlikely they will sell in short term, so....

After parking some 15% + stamp duty at TG, left abt 160K spare cash to in/out, feel hand & leg kena "tied up". - Contra earns only little juice, taking roller coaster is not my style. - Notice trend that Mon, Tue, Wed mtk chiong, thu, fri down. Bro or sis, be smart to learn from a fable: 3 cows story - Amercian farmer has 3 cows. Work day & night, 24 hr a days. Farmer thought he's efficient. - Mortgator A comes & gives him money for 3 cows, to buy property and insurance. - Mortgator A mortgage out 3 cows to mortgator B, B to C to D, and so and so for, cycle repeats. - Insurance A gives insurance to B, B to C, and so on. - One day, mad cow diesease comes, 3 cows die. - Farmer & Mortgator A panic. Cows no more in existence. Want to collect money from insurance. - Insurance collect money from re-insurance, news of 3 cows' death speads. - All want to collect money from each others, but money has been spent and no money leaft to pay each other, all die. Wait, not all, luckily got chapter 11. - Now, gov keeps printing money to meet the "needs".

Confirmed the 20 yr lease up soon - no more hawker center, become "food court" - upgrade liao, corporate management mah, everything must upgrade... Bedok Mall open end Oct - pretty small. SIL saw Lee YS with "grassloot" leaders sat at hk centre: eat & discussion. Saw a "LEADER" put a tissue underneath Lee's neck. SIL tahboleh tahan, went up to Lee and "sour" him: I have lot of tissue here, want or not.

When I was first there, the "bus interchange" was then in the brewing, "roads" became muddy when rain. I regard the present interchange a complete failure -same as Bishan's present's - walking is faster than taking feeder bus, timing system + many turns & many traffic light. Abt to ramp then light changes to amber. Took feeder bus made my bp shoot high. Make one big round to "go in", another big round to "come out" - vomit blood! - hawker centre's 20yr lease is due soon. - will have multi-storey cp. - TPY's aircon bus interchange is facing "black smoke retention" problem, hope the rest learnt & improve - Noise sure >65db, measure 1 meter away. Sure vehicles congestion, unless have underpass and overheadbridge(for vehicle).Have previously fedback to Chng HK(stepped down liao, daughter break bond, sigh!)Also to Lee YS & Raymond Lim. Should ask the 2 gentlemen come and take the feeder bus.

Me again. Hope the nails issue won't bother you much. Mounting height for tv is relative to: - Distance from viewing. - screen size. Rule of thumb(Home): when seated upright, one's eye ball facing centre of screen, so neck need not to tilt upward. Can't suggest you anything abt hanging light, no experience. -

HDB definitely allows no history re-play. No "private valuer" allowed for HDB resale. HDB assigned those from IRAS who are: 1. professional, really good at just "comparison". 2. objective, swee swee lady around + cold drink served with aircon+ nice view vs old uncle with foul smell over everywhere, no wind. Still remain "objective"? 3. no coffee money - won't take $500 found on bed, cos got needle camera at side. The valuer should return the checklist (like class 3 test)to owner after valuation hor. -

If I were the valuer, I will put 0% weightage as to "reno" part. Don't know those professional valuers' formular on property valuation. Should have kind of a "checklist" with items carrying different weightage. Who know these "items" in tangible form? -
Super good. After raise up 4 inch, window become relatively lower down, so kept grille locked. - Babies like to crawl up/down platform and bed - Wood strank and surface scratches after some yrs. - We put a board with cushsion as "bed head" when lay 6 inch thick dunlop directly onto platform. - Only after few yrs later change pattern - get a bed with 4 legs, put on top of platform.

Moral of the fable: - Owner is the one who has to "face the music" at end of the day after decision made. - Giving advises/opinions is as easy as ABC. - Buying advises without "processing through brain" is indifference from taking stone throwing towards own's feet. - Advises/opinions influent decision. I'll get the nails removed by my own hand without hesitation ! Side track: after get the resale, I (ID)replaced 3 wooden door frames(rooms), main door frame remain unchanged, and I(me) removed some nails, screws, latch & lock, putty and polish the wooden frame swee swee,...the rest by ID.

Hello Booties, just to let you aware of a fable which has been deep rooted in my mind since day one I read across it when I was in primary school, called father & son selling a donkey: - Invert donkey, tie its legs onto wooden pole, father & son each shoulder one end, walking from home toward market. - A stranger saw and said: what a waste, why don't let son ride on top of donkey? They follow suit and walking toward market. - While walking, a passer by, commented: what a unfilial son, should let father rides on top! They exchanged. - Along the way, another passer by: Why don't 2 of you ride on top? They follow. You know what happened? Before they could reach market, donkey collasped & died, they cried, all passers by laughed and said bye bye.

Cont' Q1/Q2. Last night (oops, this early morning)'s post corresponds to Q1&Q2. Worth mentioning here is whether should auditting be done pre or post reno?. Sort of sorry to have advised a forumer here to have house audit pre-reno (though already have ideas & materials to use), reason being "difficulty in sensing resultant qi" without real physical objects in place. If you read the chinese star constellation methodlogy/philisophy, you would understand HOW classical FS geomancers apply the principles in both micro and macro levels. One principle is "Generals sit behind", another is "East-dragon, North-snake/tortise, West-white tiger, South- Vermillion bird", the most basic & general principles are "Ying Yang balance" and "5 elements balance". Classical FS masters regard placement of "additional" "FS items" = loss face = skills no good. They use "actual" objects in daily life to make the balancing. Got it? Q3 Inquiry minds always ask "snap-shot" questions which most dare not to ask. From history & culture perspectives, chinese's philosophy always 以形比形 and 以形补形 (sorry I don't know the appropriate translation)These “thinkings" have, to quite some extend, resulted in 捕风 and 追影 sorts of explaining nature occurrences (sorry for my poor coomand of english)without further understanding the actual correlationship(rationale) in between "cause" & "its effect". Bottle-gourds were used to hold/contain fluids, taoism uses it to contain "spirits", fsms? Ask clients to use it to collect/suck "sha", with its mouth closed or open? When to open/close, or, with mouth closed - sha how to go it? If, with mouth all the time open, "shas" go in and then out, what is the point? Only "inqriry" minds will ask these questions. We all knew that "money" is used as a medium to exchange for goods/services among ppls/traders. Likewise, "great" chinese thinks that spiritual beings need "money" to exchange for goods/service among spiritual beings, in the "underworld". By giving the "money" to these beings, they will "take & go". Have you ever asked yourself, should this "money" be in SGD, USD, JPY, EUR, credit card? Why must be in brone coins? And, "How much is enough" for spiritual beings to "take and go"? Have to ask fsms who recommended these items WHOs defined the usage and the "functions" and "effectiveness" of these items to living human beings, or, just simply following "trends"?. The blind leads the blind will eventually found them laying in the drain.
