But , full redemption needs a lawyer to write my intention to inform bank's lawyer, & has to inform bank "3 months in advance". Intended to meet up lawyer this end Sept, but now this Tivoli Grande might change my plan. Still calculating le, my speed very slow....

Quenued & waited long long, officer (face to face) said need to do this at cpf branch. 4. went to cpfb, pressed button get #, waited long long, filled up the HBL/3 form. Office said, form takes abt 14 days to be effective, go home & wait for ack letter. 5. Waited at home long long, received approved letter, waited long long again, bank sent letter said they have received my request & approved and waited for another letter on the revised monthly instalment. 6. The quenuing & waiting game make my wife smarter. She called up cpfb abt the form submission & the revised instalment amount & different % contribution of husband & wife. 7. Dowload form, fill up, sign, scan, email, wait again for ack letter...then approved. Now can take my own sweet time reading newspaper in tiolet.

CPFB likes to maintain headcount, then got job to do, if not, all eats NW wind or measure the road. Confirmed, can fill up at home, signed, scan & email to them. Take abt 14 days for this "dustbin" form to be effective. On line takes only 14 seconds.

Yeah lor, that was why I "fast hand fast leg" quickly parked the money with one whose TOP at mid 2014, once HDB officer said I can buy. Think this way, actually this 25K still your, hdb just want you to use this 25K to pay toward "AH Kong", something like "prepayment" in bankloan. HDB's "concessionary" loan interest at 2.6% which is quite substantial as compared to present's 1.5% for pte bankloan. Don't understand why HDB uses the word "concessionary" which is quite misleading. All from "ah Kong" must be "concessionary"?

This HBL/3 form was the one which I filled up "wrongly", lawyer processed it.......ended up cannot do adjustment on line. Got some more forms not some more, it is a lot of forms until u see stars! I think you heng, got the correct one at first go.

When you apply HDB loan for 2nd time then kena this rule.That was why I ask you to rethink twice.

CPFB has many forms, 2A,2B......must fill up the correct one (I forgot which number) during the "partial" prepayment, then you can do on-line adjustment. On previous condo filled the "correct" one, so I did on-line adjustment. The present HDB is not so lucky, I think filled up the "wrong" one, cannot access on-line to make adjustment. Can dig which form for pte & which for hdb, so owner can do on-line?

I'm aware the "dustbin" rule still effective, no grant also need 30 months, if were to buy "new" not resale, otherwise now i camping at changi liao. Encourage pty holder to sell & rent for 30 months then apply for NEW HDB?

Jif is too "tender", like "killing the cow with a chicken knife". The ahesive force between tile & stain are so strong, you may need to put some solution(usually water will do) to "soften" the stain area first, then brushing. Don't use green wool on "matt" surface, will make "mini" visible scratches.

Q3. Selling within 6 months refers to "you can maximum" holding on 2 hdb units, concurrently, for 6 months. Meaning you're allowed to register yr name with the "new flat" (day 1) and take time(within 6 months) to sell away "old "one. Usually, when receiving keys to unit is considered as day 1. Within 7 days, usually, right after 2nd appointment cheque will be received, could be as long as 14 days, or as short as 3 days, see which HDB officer handling yr case. Last Q I don't know le. I think hdb loan & bank loan will be some differences here.

The females worker are also “hive guards”-will attack the enemies as they deem fit. A honey bee usually has about 5 years’ life. Honey bees need constant temperature of 32 to 35 degrees C inside the hive, irrespective of the surrounding environmental temperature. During cold weather, only queen bee can stay inside, whereas the worker bees gradually starve to death. An individual bee without a colony (group) cannot survive for long too. Only female bees sting.
