Sorry to steal this thread. Have serveral uncleared doubts as to fs on "yin house" and their effects on 后人: 1. How it work? Theories? Scripts? 2. "Remain" in ash form over river/sea/farm = everywhere is "home"? Make sure clear flowing water? No fishes?..... Seem like when only "remain" in certain/sure place then yin house fs can be established (or fs stories then can be carried on....)

BB, In fs term, yin house=dead ppls' residential place on earth. After death, some souls go to heaven while some go to h e l l, but don't know why they still leave the physical body on earth which occupies precious space, want to redeem the body when time comes?.How does the fs in "that place" can affect its 后人? "That place" could be the " river/sea/farm" or "container in temple" or "don't know where". Yang house=alive ppls's residential place on earth. This "body" more tokong, can have a few residential places while alive.

I think yr foot will frequently step on it, toe on & off accidentally hit on it, water all the time trapped under it till parquet flooring turns soft. Indeed a "tokong" recommendation. This reminded me of childhood time at my kampong house (zince roof, landed ), got these cemented "things" protruding out in front of all the doors. Toe kena always hit. Foots always stepped on it till foots' skin thick thick, could step on broken glass also no bleeding. 2009 bought resale hdb, redo all flooring. Old teochew malaysian shifu did the granite flooring, on & off "supervising" him with coffee & bread till become friend. He kept praising the unit is good, one day, as usual with coffee & bread, he bring me to the main door, demostrated with a levelling plank and asked me if I want to install the "protruding thing" at the main door ot not. I huh? he then explained: like that wealth would be kept growing within house, not flowing out. I told him I don't to be $ slave.

Die die must pay 2 components: stamp duty & lawyer fee. Stamp duty is calculated as such (your share's market value x 3%)-$5,400). If yr father to become the sole owner, then he needs to pay you, of course yo can pay him back at your wish. Legal fee chow chow varies between 2k-3k. You may wish to contact Whelene Loh who is at "mentor" level, sold a condo unit for me in 2009, very professional and approachable. -
I know that beams & pillars are vital structural supports to a house. They are always there whether hidden or visible by naked eye. Without these, no more house, only "cave". Don't blame beam for creating "pressure" for marriage. Beams actually help supporting the roof. No roof, rain pours, sunlight grills and no peace for sleeping, no to mention making love. Insufficient sleep results in bad mood and poor judgement therefore quarrels lah, fightings lah all come, many small pressures become one big pressure and one day "Pongggg". Tio bo?

Never mind lah, whether XKFX, flying star or purple white stars, they are still stars. This yr not so that smooth leh. Car accident then late wk sick till 2-day MC. Evry day head goggy goggy. Tried panador liao too mild lah, no effect. Doctor already prescribed antibiotics, flu, cold, cough, medicine liao. I must have offended the #2 & #5 stars liao.

I prefer reading "real" stars over the sky at leisure time. Correction hor, I did not mention Mae's stars that fly make a person goggy. I admit that XKFX founder must be super smart or anti-goggy to just plunk only 9 stars out of trillions from the sky, superimposed with ancient Hetu & Luoshu, come out with digit 1 to 9, mixing with wuxing , property's DOB+ invention of 3 yuans and 9 lucks + all the facings & directions - can really make me goggy.

Please allow me telling the story of house building vs gaining fs knowledge. A house is built started from base, then pillars, beams, follow by rooftop..... Building materials like sand, cement, steel, wood....are needed. The mixture of these materials eventually made up a house. Some like to build house on sand - much easy to build, however, when rain come downs and there is a rush of waters and the winds are driving against that house; and it comes down and great is its fall. Some build house on rock - harder to build, however, when rain comes down and there is a rush of waters and the winds are driving against that house, but it is not moved; because it is based on the rock. Likewise for FS knowledge gaining, no short cut, has identify different types of sand, cement, steel, wood.....these basic "elements" , in fs equivalent, are: - yin yang wu xing - 10 heavenly stems & 12 earthy branches - 9 "palace" & 8 trigrams, 64 hexagrams - 12 宫 - 三方,四正,六合,六害 - 三元九運 - 河图,洛书,24 mountains - 三垣, 二十八宿 etc etc Bazi theory, XKFX theory, ZWDS......all are "mixtures" of sand, cement, steel, wood.... If one jump to study these theories without solid understanding the "properties" of sand, cement, steel, wood, then it is like building house on sand..... will be washed away in no time.

On one hand set higher & higher bars preventing rightful owners to withdraw hard-earned $ (for retirement ???, retirement's a very personal thing, why should gov get involved?). But must admit that the 2.5% & 4% monthly-rest interests are very tokong. Tokong is one thing, $ eventually cannot be enjoyed while alive, what's for?

Indeed true facts. Not sure within 10 feets or not, however, those tree branches sure within 10 feets to windows. Added: HDB/condo doors face neighbour door, door face wall, all within 10 feets.

How To Make Ceiling Light Brighter?

Replace with white light. Don't quite understand WHY nowaday ppls still like filament bulbs which emit great amount of heat and give off "yellowish" light, of course it still contain some amount of "white light". Law of physics tells us that when pure yellow (combination of red & green)light shine on objects of different colors, have the following observation: - white, see as yellow, yellow light being reflected away. - black, see as black, yellow light being absorbed. - Green, see as green, red being absorbed, green reflected - Red, see as red, green being absorbed, red reflected. - Blue, see as black, yellow being absorbed, none reflected. so on so for. What I'm trying to say is that in "yellowish" light condition, one can't differtiate the "true" colors of objects! So when selecting colors in showrooms with yellowish light environment, watch out, don't be deceived. -
Hi Mae, can do me a favour by asking yr shifu: 1. Earth's magnetic pole positions drifting every now & then, can be varied as far as 2 degrees, meaning that this spot/direction today reads 303N, tmr may read as 305N at same spot/direction. Ignor this truth? When come to determines the angle of 64 挂(Hexagrams) (360/64 = 5.625 deg!), will give "different" degree readings at different times, how yr shifu settle this? Earth's axis of rotation is based upon "true north or true south" and where seasons/weather changes based upon, but not magnetic north or magnetic south. 2. What are the "parameters" used in determining the "Direction Facing" of a building, of an unit within a building (say condo or HDB). Thank you in advance.

He can't, unless he sells the house to someone and TS gets the sale proceeds. In a typical mortgage home loan structure, cash is disbursed from bank A to bank B, CASH not go into Mortgagor's pocket. If mortgage loan or whatever loans' $ can go into one's pocket directly, MAS must be not doing his job well. Since TS has obtained the property title, he can arrange for a secured OD facility, taking his property as collateral, of course he needs to find out what's the cheapest way of borrowing $. The amount needed & interest rate is borrower's credit worthiness dependent, borrower's history with the bank..... Or he can arrange for unsecured OD facility which requires no collateral,like line of credit, of course the amount can be brrowed would be very much smaller. When property is concerned, the cavaet( a legal notice of claim of property tiltle)is kept by SLA.
