Selling an unit of Philips Essential 30806 LED ceiling light 22W. Bought last week but decided not to install, official receipt will be provided upon purchase and is given 1 year warranty by the shop based on the receipt. Item still in the box. If the combo washer is 8kg, the combo dryer would only be half the load which is 4kg. So it depends whether the half load for dryer is sufficient for your needs.

In my personal opinion, I found that AMP is of higher quality than Draka, at least the insulator is thicker. Most electricians use Draka because of lower cost.

For those who need to install adidtional SCV points, most electrician just tap the signal from the existing point thus affecting the over signal quality. For SCV contractor, if they found your inhouse signal strength is near their threshold, like they need to tap the signal from the junction box. I need someone here who has done up additional SCV point to confirm this.

Electrician's work is very important, as some like to take short cut and did not lay the truncking nicely. Mine was quite badly done and is considering to touch up the mess. Are you a condo or HDB? As HDB is not allowed to have conceal wirings.
