One more month to go~! Jia you~ do let me know if you need any help... just got married ~5 mths ago, so (hopefully) some wedding info still fresh in my mind~ maybe you can go for a short getaway at nearby destination... i feel that having a honeymoon right after wedding is actually very good and kinda... therapeutic after all the mad wedding rush actually hor my banquet is not so big... our parents only invited close relatives and maybe 2 or 3 very close friends, but it's still A LOT because we have big familes... *faint* my hubby's mom alone already got more than 10 siblings!! then x4 for their spouse and children... wahhhhh....

i really like the idea of wall-mounted holder... currently, my kitchen roll is very obstructing and always fall over when i want it to stand... grrrr i also like the Alco lamp, but hubby dislikes any lights that are NOT fixed to the ceiling (reason: don't want to clean!!!) i think this sofa is for outdoor used de... should be okie to leave in balcony? on projector: my fren who stays in a 5-room HDB was using projector + screen as his "TV", after some time, they gave up the idea and bought a TV. now i think the projector is dying liao (they just moved in 3 yrs ago, and the projector was half dead since last yr).. if you're not some movie buffs and just on TV to watch news ah, drama ah etc, using a projector is troublesome... but i think it would be nice to watch soccer on big screen though... hahaha

my MBR is also very small... i only have 1.6m (5.5 ft) of wardrobe for two of us although i initially wanted at least 2m i used to have 1.1m by myself! no thanks to HDB for building the MBR smaller than what was stated in floorplan!!! yup last time our instructor was Jean

if go to 49x or 50x, maybe you can try bukit batok... not kidding here but Bt Batok is actually nearer to St 24 than what many of us think~ my hubby used to rent a room at St 24. his landlady goes to Bukit Batok market everyday... she said things are cheaper there (as compared to the 25x market la ) bro have you found the post box at Esso station?
-
that's precisely what i meant... we actually spend most of the time away from home... it's ironic that many of us are more familiar with places other than our own neighbourhood you also spent Sec 1 to JC 2 at Bukit Timah? I think very likely you're from my "brother" school

looks good~ i only have money to do the manual retractable one, automated one out of budget... haha the price is $788 as stated in her signature
-
sorry no lobang... but interesting idea~ maybe put some chinese calligraphy instead of wood craft? btw Crystal Palace reminds me of the English soccer team... LOL
-
26 yrs very long liao lor... as old as my flat hahaha it happens... cos when we go out, we normally go further mah... usually not in our own neighbourhood~ wah must write down the list of food places in notebook and visit one by one.....
-
even when everything is drawn to correct dimension, somehow it will still look larger on drawing... i also dunno why anyway, when you get the key, take actual measurement and have a feel on the space you have anyway, the 3D looks good~ hope to see the real thing soon!

i got PC before but haven't played for quite a while... kinda wasted~ -
my fren sold at 540k, and his immediate neighbour sold at 550 or 555k i think.... you're right, the units there are mid to low floor~

count me in! this is the icon with one hand up: or this: hahaha~ well now pple are usually prepared to make a loss for wedding cos banquet price increases steadily but not the ang pao cost initially we also wanted a simple church wedding, we ended up with a church wedding and 2 banquets, thanks to our parents and relatives........... maybe your turn will come soon leh! hee hee
-
not many pple have this surname~ quite unique leh~ and nice name you have thought of for your t-blog~ literal translation of the t-blog title is "Eastern Ocean Dragon King's Crystal Palace". hmmmm sorry i think it sounds nicer and more poetic in Chinese

it took me a while to figure out all the short forms... CKT, BCM... okie now got it liao well, you don't need to be a vegetarian to enjoy vegetarian food... can try one of these days you really know a lot of food places in Jurong~ you've been staying here all the while? bro you finally reported in liao ya lor that's why my fren said Taman Jurong is like the "oldest yet most unknown part of Jurong". It's funny that the place has been around for so long and yet still pretty unconnected. Best thing is when i asked him what buses he has at his Block 154, he said "only one bus - 154"
-
welcome to RT and Jurong~ my fren just sold his EM at blk 33x series too just btw, i requested for quotation from ~20 IDs/Contractors, only 8 of the replied and it took between 2 to 4 weeks. There were 2 that only replied when my reno was already halfway through.........

that's so true... the place my hubby used to rent, the auntie landlord doesn't even have a water heater she just bathes with a pail of cold water everyday!! electricity is expensive! but wasting water in SG is a sin~ but if there is good discount, say, 50% off for grohe, then a $1000 shower set becomes $500, and is just a little more expensive than an average rain shower (around $400? can't remember liao~ ). It's worth the extra $100 i'd say. -

-
bingo! that's the market opposite my home the peppery BKT is quite famous, even my contractors asked if i tried that before was just told that the fish soup there is not bad too. there is a post box next to this market. you can have some excuse to go for BKT when going there to post letter there is also one at the Esso station, that's should be the one nearest to you...
-
at first glance, i thought it's some title of Stephen Chow's movie.... hahahahaha congrats and all the best for your reno~
-
