my water feature is down and i can easily replaced with another. But i prefer other "water" element and i would like advice. i want to replace it instead with a small one feet tank with submerged green plants and small neon fishes or guppies. (not arowana as my arowana all in pond) CAn i say as long as it is a "water" moving it is fine ? All my guest likes to sit on a sofa and they never get up. Then other guests who were late to my place will have to sit on dining chairs (no backing type). just now i went to castila at bukit timah reference to sofa only. Castila premium standard really drop. Last time used to carry reputatble sofas. Now go there, diaappointment. Very limited selection. They willing to drop price by at least 20-30%. I ask about full cow hide (they did told me it is also full cow hide leather). Only one or two pieces for selection. The rest -can give it a miss. Honestly i now wait for Da Vinci (under renovation) Not that i m there to buy sofas, but want to see their standard maintain and can consider buying for my parents as well.

i change my house lights into LED lights recently and all brighten up. Using older technology lights, will dim after a while, which is a hassle changing it. wait ..is this a fenghui topic or a renovation topic ? :-)

I just installed led lights from collins company. a) call collins direct and ask him about led. He will tell you the equivalent of this against that. Alternatively go to his shop and he will show you the different brightness. b) there is no need to see the individual bulb. All you need is a perception of brightness and a reasonable price to pay.

You can custom made it . Suggest that you take photos of the design you like and ask wood experts to customize it. c) same as dining table.

I suggest the buyer give a telephone call to EL to sort things out. Nowadays, when we work, we write email to colleagues who are sitting besides us. I always told my team - print out the email , walk over to colleagues and talk things out. Waiting for a reply from EL in forum - may not be their priority as festival are near which EL are busy or staffs from EL goes on long leave.
