I also having problem deciding the hob to go with Fujioh Hood.... Fujioh 773 - safety valve, spaced out burner for easy cooking of diff food. Fujioh 793 - inner flame but no safety valve and inside of the burner not able to clean easily (unlike Rinnai RB 3CG) should food drop inside. Fujioh glass top is more sleek without aluminium strip on both side. Rinnai RB 3CG - safety valve, inner flame, spaced out burner, easy to clean inside burner BUT - glass top not as sleek with aluminium strip at front and back - the back strip design for air inlet may be hard to clean - as I am getting Fujioh Hood so cannot get Fujioh package price if I get Rinnai RB 3CG I need one with all the plus points of Fujioh + Rinnai ! HAHA Tough choice....... Still cannot decide.....

Hi all, Just brought a resale flat with the toilet newly upgraded by HDB. Am I allowed to remove the toilet wall & floor bef 3 year period OR I can only do overlay ? I understand that the for new HDB flat, there is HDB restriction from removing the toilet floor and wall for period of 3 years. Can only do overlay. Kindly clarify. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I have this impression that S Steel Kitchen Sink is much noisier during washing as compared to other type of non metal sink ? Imagine of the noise from the metal pot / pan / fork / spoon etc on the metal sink during washing... As my sink area is just next to the living room - open concept kitchen. I am kind of worry if I get a metal sink, if the washing is too noisy then will disturb the others watching TV in the living room. Or there is ways to minimised such noise (sound insulation) in good metal sink ? Or Some metal sinks comes with (sound insulation) features built in ? Or The only way is to use non-metal sink ? Can anyone clarify/comment on the above. Thanks.

Anyone know what is the Joven 25L model number with new energy saving ? I do not want end up paying for less efficient model.... From Joven website, the vertical model seem to be more energy efficient as compared to horizontal model with different temp setting. Correct ? Joven Vertical model has a control knob which allows temperature setting from 'OFF' to 70°C (Low-Medium-High). Under normal operation the thermostat cuts out at the set temperature - Low (about 40°C), Medium (about 55°C), High (about 70°C). When the hot water consumption is not in large volume, setting at Medium will minimise electrical consumption. The horizontal model has a built-in thermostat which is pre-set at 70°C to provide maximum hot water, ready for immediate use. Thanks.

There is one Talis series which is made in China (not Germany) - But I forgot which one. I know Talis S2 is made in Germany cos I am interested in it. The info was from the Park Mall tap shop at basement. Rain shower Raindance series require higher water pressure (bar) than the other non-raindance model by Hansgrohe. E.g Raindance S180 Air needs min 1.8 bar vs Croma 160 only min 1.6 bar. Esp if you are living in HDB, better ask the plumber to check the water pressure in your flat before you buy. The Sales in Hansg showroom (Martin Road) is expert in this aspect. If you living in landed than not much problem. Mark from Park Mall tap shop will be able to advice you on the this issue in detail based on his wealth of experience. Thanks to him cos before this I actually think of raindance series for my HDB flat (Top Floor) .... Low water pressure will not maximised the product design for the $ you pay, but if u not fussy like me then I think some raindance model can still be used for HDB.... as feedback in the forum. Now there is 25% off for all Hamsgrohe product. I compared Grohe and Hansgrohe, I feel Hansgrohe is more solid built and feel If price being the same, I go for Hansgrohe. My advice for those who wish to buy Hansg pay a visit to Hansg showroom in Martin Road as they have the complete range. And also talk to Mark in Park Mall tap shop.

I cannot imagine any decent leather to peel in 1.5 yrs for home use .... how long do you actually seat on the sofa per day as compared to bed .... ? I think for those who have brought KG sofa that have problem, better feedback to the KG HQ in HK. They should know ..... and they need to know .....

Sorry for wrong info..... I double check with my sales again at FC, he told me leather is only 2 years. Not sure if is miscomm the last time. Regret not making him write on the invoice. But then in market, most do not even warranty the leather or only 1 year ..... I assume it is likely that it is a miscomm on my side. Lesson learnt write warranty on invoice.

For the sofa that I haved ordered, I was told that 5 yrs for top grain leather - (I double check with the sales a few times on this as I am paying almost 5K for my sofa), 5 yrs for structure, 3 yrs of springs. Wonder why yrs only 2 yrs, maybe brand is different.
